Catalog Manager / Senior Trade Coordinator

A large retail group is seeking a Catalog Manager. Also suitable for a Senior Trade Coordinator.

Managing and maintaining the product catalog.

End-to-end responsibility for the process of setting up new items in SAP and Comax systems, as well as setting up promotions in the systems.

Updating and maintaining item attributes, including prices and price lists, suppliers, item hierarchy, segments, SKUs, promotions, and regulation.

Changing and updating data according to the requirements of the business departments.

Ongoing work with trade, marketing, IT, branches, regional managers, and logistics center departments.

Managing ongoing controls, including continuous monitoring of data errors such as duplicate SKUs, missing data, incorrect units, duplicate promotions, price lists, profitability, and item attributes.

Professionally and managerially leading two work teams: convenience format and supermarket format.

Defining goals, milestones, task allocation, SLA monitoring, and performance improvement.

Mentoring, providing professional guidance, and implementing uniform work methodologies across the teams.

Job Requirements

3 years of experience in catalog management in a food retail or pharmacy chain.

Proven managerial experience leading a team of employees.

Experience working with Comax / SAP.

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage and motivate multiple teams.

Ability to work in a multitasking environment.

Extensive cross-functional work.
