A leading food manufacturing company, employing hundreds of employees, is seeking a professional and experienced CEO with strong management capabilities to lead the company’s operations, business development, and continued growth.

We are looking for a senior CEO with experience managing complex manufacturing systems, large teams, customer service, managers, and business processes, with the ability to lead the company forward at the managerial, operational, and business levels.

Areas of Responsibility

Overall management of the company’s operations.

Management of the operations division.

Managing vice presidents in the areas of trade, sales, finance, procurement, and company headquarters.

Business development and expansion of the company’s activity.

Recruiting and managing employees and managers.

Building work procedures, processes, and controls.

Managing and monitoring KPIs and targets.

Improving profitability and work processes.

Working with major customers and strategic clients.

Responsibility for meeting business and operational targets.

Job Requirements

Previous experience as a CEO / VP – mandatory.

Experience managing hundreds of employees – mandatory.

Experience in the food and/or retail sectors – a significant advantage.

Experience managing managers and motivating employees.

Ability to build work systems and procedures.

Experience working with reports and controls.

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership ability.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

High personal responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
