National Sales Manager

A large retail group is seeking a National Sales Manager.

Experience in managing sales to industrial clients, with preference for experience in industrial sectors and/or the automotive industry.

Commercial ability and experience in negotiation.

Ability and experience in leading business initiatives with industrial companies.

Office and field work.

Good level of English.

Job Requirements

Relevant academic degree, such as Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Approximately 7 years of work experience, particularly in sales.

Experience managing a nationwide sales team.

Strong marketing abilities, sales capabilities, and commercial skills.

In-depth familiarity with the required fields and high ambition.

Ability to train, mentor, and guide a field sales team.

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and presentations.
