Role Definition and Areas of Responsibility

Managing the regional sales operation, building work plans for the sales team, and leading the sales team to meet quantitative and financial targets.

Setting sales targets in accordance with the company budget.

Increasing sales and managing relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.

Deepening sales activity and identifying business opportunities.

Implementing shelf arrangement and point-of-sale visibility strategies.

Taking personal responsibility for driving direct reports to achieve their individual targets.

Executing targeted activities to increase sales at points of sale.

Supporting and mentoring the team to independently execute activities.

Enforcing the visit plan according to the defined “key” set for each customer.

Implementing various work processes in the field.

Managing interfaces with logistics and distribution.

Managing trade activity with large private customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel proficiency.

In-depth familiarity with the world of sales across retail and pharmacy channels.

Experience managing relationships with customers and suppliers.

Results orientation.
