Quality Manager

A food manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Manager.
Overall responsibility for the quality and food safety system at the plant.
Leading and maintaining quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, BRC.
Conducting employee training in the areas of quality and food safety.
Handling customer complaints, investigating quality incidents, and leading corrective actions.
Managing the quality assurance team, including inspectors and auditors.
Responsibility for internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits, as well as writing and maintaining procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or another relevant field – mandatory.
At least 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance in a food manufacturing plant – mandatory.
Experience managing quality and food safety standards – mandatory.
Experience leading a team – an advantage.
Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills, thoroughness, a system-wide perspective, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
