Regional Sales Manager – Southern Region
For a leading company in the automotive industry
Job Purpose
Partnering in leading the sales network and managing the overall sales activity of the brand, in accordance with the division’s strategy and work plan.
Ongoing Sales Management
Leading the brand toward achieving quantitative and qualitative sales targets through:
Initiating, planning, and executing sales initiatives across the network.
Providing professional responsibility for company-owned and franchise sales showrooms.
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and vehicle delivery process.
Planning and leading sales events.
Managing multiple interfaces within and outside the group, including service, financing, leasing, trade-in, and more.
Sales Team Management
Managing workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding programs, role entry processes, and training for new employees.
Building and managing work routines with sales teams.
Supporting, coaching, and mentoring showroom managers and sales representatives to ensure continuous professional improvement and achievement of goals, while maintaining a strong understanding of the market and its trends.
Serving as a professional authority for direct reports in problem-solving and schedule management.
Who This Role Is Suitable For
Managerial experience in the automotive industry.
Full proficiency in Excel, including building and analyzing sales reports – mandatory.
Relevant bachelor’s degree – an advantage.
