Job Description

Leading the agency toward achieving business targets in sales.
Implementing the manufacturer’s strategy across the sales network.
Leading and embedding a culture of sales excellence for the authorized agency’s customers.
Promoting the professional level of role holders within the authorized agency.
Leading business and service improvement processes within the agency.
Assisting and supporting the resolution of complex challenges.
Mentoring showroom managers to meet targets and manage the sales team.
Taking responsibility for and leading several cross-company projects.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in leading and/or implementing business processes.
Previous experience in sales management.
Previous experience in matrix management within an organization.
Strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Job location: Tel Aviv + field work.
