The Role Includes

Managing a gas station and convenience store.

Managing a team of employees in a complex and changing environment, with 24/7 shift-based operations. Personal responsibility for the employee team, including recruitment, retention, training, professional guidance, motivation, and handling unexpected situations.

Overall responsibility for the operation of the complex, including inventory management, site appearance, safety, security, and handling operational issues, all in accordance with Paz procedures and the organization’s high standards.

Ongoing daily management of field challenges, including handling unexpected situations, managing in a changing environment, and working with multiple stakeholders both within and outside Paz.

Overall responsibility for delivering an excellent customer service experience.

Managing and meeting the branch’s sales targets.

Job Requirements

Previous managerial experience as a supermarket manager, complex manager, branch manager in a food chain, or convenience store manager.

High service orientation.

Willingness to work full-time, Sunday–Friday, including at least 2 evening shifts and one weekend shift per month for complexes open on Saturdays.

24/7 availability is required.

Job location: Central region.
