A leading retail chain is seeking Branch Managers.

The Role Includes

Responsibility for the ongoing operation of the branch, inventory management, and store appearance.

Recruiting, training, and managing the employee team, including guidance and mentoring.

Meeting sales, profitability, and budget targets.

Managing the customer experience and responding to customers in the branch.

Managing planograms, price coding, and responsibility for promotions.

Maintaining high standards of branch appearance while complying with safety regulations.

The chain’s branches are open 24/7.

Job Requirements

Previous managerial experience – mandatory.

Experience from retail chains – a significant advantage.

Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.

Branch location: Tel Aviv.
