For a leading food company, covering the Southern region in the private market

Job Requirements

Managing a team of distributors and their customers across the region, including 9–10 independent distributors.

Meeting sales targets and expanding sales in accordance with market and company policy.

Taking commercial responsibility for all customers in the region.

Building and implementing work plans.

Supporting and mentoring the team toward excellence and achievement of all KPIs.

Taking responsibility for distribution to organized market customers, while maintaining a broad perspective and responding to business needs.

Managing the conflict between the company’s interests and the distributor’s interests as an independent profit and loss unit.

Required Experience

Experience in managing field sales – mandatory.

Experience in managing commercial activity in the private market – an advantage.

Experience working with independent distributors – an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Strong analytical skills – mandatory.

Negotiation skills.

Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
