Trade Marketing Category Manager

Job Purpose
Building and implementing category-focused sales strategies across different channels and customers.
Increasing sales within the categories, narrowing gaps, and identifying opportunities, with an emphasis on market, customer, and category trends.
Executing marketing plans at points of sale.
Ongoing operation of the online platform, including product setup, digital shelf management, banners, and special activities.
Areas of Responsibility
Managing category sales while developing and executing work plans in accordance with company objectives and market trends.
Analyzing category performance across different channels and customers.
Identifying gaps and growth opportunities and building action plans.
Conducting ongoing quality control and operational field KPI monitoring using dedicated systems.
Taking responsibility for promotion planning and analysis of the competitive environment.
Managing retail marketing at points of sale, including assortment, point-of-sale advertising, and in-store activities, including full responsibility for and management of visibility materials inventory.
Monitoring and analyzing assortments, availability, and distribution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree – mandatory; MBA – an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in trade, marketing, or commercial management roles.
Experience working in a complex, multi-interface environment.
Experience conducting in-depth analysis and analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with the Qlik information system.
